The owner and operator of one, Rex Rattus Casino, there isn't really much to be said about the enigmatic Lycoris Rodentia. There are a few more obvious details, of course. He's incredibly lucky. He's always skulking about somewhere. And he hates to lose. After all, the house always wins, doesn't it?If one can't find Lycoris, or Lyco as he's known by his friends, within the main floors of the casino, they're sure to find him entertaining within the Rat King lounge. His own personal stage. What kind of entertainment is scheduled for the day is anybody's guess. But be sure not to disrespect the Master of the Cards. After all, within the walls of the casino?
